Staff members have final say of any staffing situations, it is their job to decide the punishment on any players who break any rules

Yes this is a semi-serious RP server, but use common sense with roleplay!

Basics - A
General Rules, Section 1A


  1. No RDM
  2. No RDA
  3. No minging/trolling
  4. Do not LTAP (Leaving To Avoid Punishment)
  5. No Camera Spam
  6. No cheating/glitching/hacking
  7. Do not /demote anyone (unless you are staff)
  8. No CopBait (grabbing police attention on purpose in a trolly/mingey way)
  9. Running into any government building without an actual roleplay reason is considered cop bait
  10. No Fail RP (try to keep it to a minimum saying “out of role play...” to players)
  11. Fear RP is in effect, respond to whatever the situation is like you would in real life
  12. Example - If you are unarmed and an armed person has a gun on you, listen to them
  13. You may “player disrespect” ONLY in roleplay and within reason to do so
  14. No disrespect to staff members (if you have a problem, make a report on the forums)
  15. Any harassment to a player out of roleplay is not tolerated (DDos/Threats/Bullying/Etc.)
  16. No racism/inappropriate content at all (even in roleplay)
  17. No combat healing/Reviving (You may only heal once there has been no gun fire between players and or no gun fire in the surrounding area for 60 seconds)
  18. No prop abuse (spam/pushing/climbing/blocking/etc.)
  19. Do not impersonate any members of the community
  20. No mic spam/horn spam/voice changers
  21. Murder may only be done by the job “Murderer” and only may be done in a secluded area (alleyway, private area, unpopulated street, etc.)
  22. You may not “take over” places, once you are completed with whatever raid you are doing, you must leave
  23. NLR is 3 minutes. Once you die you forget everything that happened to you and must wait for that time to return to the area (government officials only have to wait 60 seconds to return to a bank robbery)
  24. If revived by EMS there would be no NLR but, it must be RPd out though
  25. No major crimes during a PD Meeting
  26. Do not interrupt a PD Meeting
  27. (Major crimes include bank raids, general store robberies, hostage/kidnap, presidental assassination and PD raid/jailbreak)
  28. Major crimes may only be committed by criminals and custom classes (certain exceptions for specific jobs under the citizen section in the F4 menu)
  29. -Example - Hobo may rob a general store, but not a bank
  30. You may only assassinate the president if there are 3+ FBI on or if the taxes are 20% and or higher
  31. Do not assist any police with raids/pursuits as a criminal/citizen
  32. Criminals/Citizens may not counter any people committing crime - Ex. (Criminal vs Criminal doing a jailbreak)
  33. No advertisement of other communities/servers
  34. No metagaming
  35. Do not build during active roleplay
  36. You may not build in a general store or the bank
  37. -Only the banker may build in bank for roleplay reasons (no fading doors/obstacles)
  38. If you are handcuffed you must comply, you may attempt to escape if the police are busy with something else and or forget about you
  39. If you are tazed, you must allow the government official to handcuff you
  40. Killing someone in handcuffs or in jail just to break them out is Fail RP (lockpick him/her out)
  41. Bloods/Crips may not work together
  42. You may NOT steal any government cars (excludes undercover FBI agents)
  43. Never interrupt Police Cadet training (do not go into the training room if you’re jailbreaking/PD raiding)
  44. EMS may not be kidnapped/mugged/murdered (they are a neutral faction)


Government, Section 2A

  1. Do not taser rush (when you taze a suspect while the person has a firearm out)
  2. Police Cadets must wait in the training room
  3. Corruption is not allowed (bribes, being biased, etc.)
  4. If it says that a player is wanted (message above their head) you may use that to your advantage, they are automatically AOS and if they pull a gun they’re automatically KOS
  5. Do not destroy bitminers, they are legal
  6. Printers and Weed are illegal (weed may be made legal by the president)
  7. Always listen to your superiors
  8. You must be in the discord (don’t have to be in the patrol room) when you’re online on the job
  9. Use common sense when handing out a ticket to a person (don’t give a ticket for $10,000 just because they jaywalked)
  10. Follow the chain of command for any questions/problems in the department that you’re in
  11. You may not make any money illegally (even if weed is legal)
  12. Must have some type of evidence to perform a raid on a home (can not go off of sound of weed or printers)


Martial Law, Section 3A

  1. Only allowed to be activated by PD/SWAT/ARU High Command
  2. Only may be activated due to a RP reason
  3. Reason must be stated
  4. Any criminal/civilian seen with a gun out is automatically AOS/KOS


Adverts, Section 4A

  1. If committing crime with others, they all must have the same “family/gang” name or must all be on the same “team” (Bloods or Crips)
  2. All involved must advert before performing the situation
  3. You may not “false advert” something (does not apply to pretending to have a hostage)
  4. Try to keep bind tests down to a minimum, advert bind test before you perform one
  5. Anyone who is assisting you with a crime, must have the same family/gang name and must advert assist on whatever crime you’re doing
  6. You must advert major crimes before you commit one (Major crimes include bank raids, general store robberies, hostage/kidnap, presidental assassination and PD raid)
  7. Other adverts you must do (minor crimes) - murder (murderer job), carjack, mug, driveby, hit complete (hitman job)
  8. Not allowed to use multiple adverts in one advert - (Ex. /advert Mug/Kidnap/Murder)



Important Timers, Section 5A

The timer starts when the situation ends (you dying or escaping)
These times only pertain to those involved within the situation (family/gang commiting the crime, not the affected)

Times mentioned below showcase how long you must wait to do one again


  • Major Crime - 10 minutes (kidnap is 30 for the same person)
  • Raid (applies to criminals only) - 5 minutes (25 to raid the same base)
  • Mug - 5 minutes (10 for the same person)
  • Murder - 5 minutes (10 for the same person)
  • Driveby - 15 minutes



Gang Rules - B (Bloods/Crips)
General Rules, Section 1B


  1. May commit drive bys
  2. No drive bys on the road in front of spawn
  3. Allowed to have gang wars with each other (must be RP though and both gang leaders have to accept the war)
  4. Both gangs may not work together


General Roleplay Rules - C
Raids, Section 1C


  1. You may only raid the PD to perform a jailbreak for a family/gang member(s) who need to break out
  2. You may not raid any other government official bases except for PD
  3. You do not have to advert raid when breaking into a player’s base
  4. You may not raid any bases with a building sign
  5. Everyone must be in the bank and general store while robbing it



Kidnapping/Hostage Taking, Section 2C

  1. You may not kidnap afk players
  2. Do not kidnap inside of spawn
  3. There must be at least 5 government officials online (excluding Secret Service)
  4. You may not hold a kidnapped player for over 20 minutes
  5. -If you hit the 20 minute mark and don’t get any money from a ransom, you must let the kidnapped person go
  6. You must use restrains to kidnap a player and for them to be considered a hostage
  7. You may pretend you have a hostage even if you really don’t have one
  8. If you have a hostage and complete a robbery or if you get any money from the ransom you must let the hostage go and cannot kill them
  9. Failure to throw up any negotiations will result in government officials moving in
  10. When there’s 1 minute left in a bank robbery and you have a hostage, they may rush in and attempt to take down the criminals (it’s up to the highest government official on scene)


Ransom Prices (maximum requests allowed for each job)

  1. Civilian - $8,000
  2. President - $50,000
  3. Patrol Officer - $10,000
  4. Senior Patrol Officer/Corporal - $15,000
  5. Sergeant/Sergeant Major - $20,000
  6. Lieutenant - $30,000
  7. Captain - $40,000
  8. Major - $50,000
  9. Colonel - $60,000
  10. Assistant/Deputy Chief - $70,000
  11. Chief - $80,000
  12. Deputy/Commissioner - $100,000


Mugging, Section 3C

  1. You must give the person you are mugging at least 5 seconds to drop money
  2. Max mug is $5,000
  3. If you successfully mug the person, you may not kill him/her (unless they pull a gun, or attempt to call for help)



Basing Rules, Section 4C

  1. Maximum fading doors allowed are 4 (for the entire property/base)
  2. Fading doors must have at least 5 seconds for a timer
  3. Maximum “one-way” see through props are 6 (for the entire property/base)
  4. Make sure each side of a fading door at least has a keypad or button/lever (must be clear and visible)
  5. No invisible props
  6. No fading door abuse (using keyboard binds to open any doors), you must use your keypad to open any fading door (or a button/lever)
  7. No “no collide props” or "backdoors" for entrances/exits or any defense purposes
  8. You must have at least one way to get inside your base
  9. No prop blocking any raidable items
  10. Any KOS or Building signs must be visible and clear enough to see (at least 50 font size)
  11. If you have a building sign up, you may not have any raidables inside
  12. Do not build or make any structures around NPCs
  13. No props that hurt the eye (flashing props, bright colors)
  14. No crouch/jump bases (forcing players to crouch/jump somewhere inside the base)
  15. Do not build any bases by/on spawn or on hospital property
  16. No killboxes (when you trap a player between 2 fading doors and you can shoot at them but they can't shoot back at you and hit consistent shots)
  17. Underwater/Blackout basses are not allowed
  18. No trap bases (trapdoors, fading door on floor that leads to pit, etc.)
  19. No maze bases
  20. No sky/floating bases
  21. You may not prop climb up to the roof of a base (unless you own the whole property, there must be a clear and visible stairs/ramp going up to it) (no unrealistic ramps/stairs, use common sense)
  22. -The ramp/stairs is not allowed to be a "fading door" as well as fading doors on the ramp/stairs is not allowed
  23. Do not combine a prop you’re able to shoot through and a one-way see through prop to shoot another player
  24. You’re base ends at the property line (sidewalk and or where the fence stops)
  25. No bases that go over the road or go into the road


Government Rules/Jobs - D
Police, Section 1D


  1. Always listen to any superiors online
  2. You must be a Sergeant+ to train Police Cadets
  3. Sergeant+ is allowed to use spikestrips
  4. You are to allow ARU/SWAT to deal with bank raids/general store/kidnappings, if there are none on, listen to the highest government official on scene
  5. Sergeant+ is allowed to run slick top on their vehicle
  6. Master Sergeant + is allowed to to run under cover cars (skin must be realistic though)
  7. Allowed to set up a checkpoint, must be supervised by a SGT+ and must be authorized by a Lt+ in the PD
  8. PD meetings are only to be hosted by a Lt+ in PD (follow promotion guidelines if there will be any promotions)


FBI, Section 2D

  1. May go undercover and commit crimes except for releasing suspects from prison and murder of other government officials
  2. Main job is to investigate any crimes, specific players, gangs, or families
  3. May bring in players to interrogate (must have RP reason to do so)
  4. Allowed to protect/base with the president


EMS, Section 3D

  1. Must wait until the situation is code 4 to move in
  2. May not carry any firearms
  3. No combat heal/revive (follow combat heal/revive guidelines)
  4. Wait/Ask for permission from highest command on scene to enter into the situation


President, Section 4D

  1. Not in charge of the Police Department, FBI is there to defend you
  2. Only FBI are allowed to defend the president, PD may defend if there are none on (ARU/SWAT may defend as well if they are granted permission from their command)
  3. Shouldn't be commiting any crimes or be involved with any groups who commit crimes
  4. May not make printers legal, can make weed legal
  5. May not bitcoin, but allowed to have a person weed grower (if it is made legal by you)
  6. If there are 3+ FBI on, you may be assassinated even if the taxes are less than 20%
  7. You must work with the FBI if they are there to defend you (FBI are not required to defend you though)
  8. May not afk on the job for a long period of time (if you really need to tell any FBI that are on and defending you)
  9. Not allowed to pardon people to commit crimes/Let people go out of jail
  10. A lockdown requires a valid reason
  11. Not allowed to activate martial law




“Other” Job Rules - E
Assassin/Hitman, Section 1E


  1. May only accept hits every 2 minutes
  2. May advertise your business in adverts (may not advertise hits against a specific player)
  3. Must advert hit complete after completing the hit (no need to advert “hit accepted”)
  4. You may not perform a hit on a government official near other government officials, unless you are at a distance away sniping
  5. You may only perform the hit if you snipe from a distance or if you perform it in a secluded area (alleyway, private area, unpopulated streets, etc.)
  6. You may not perform the hit on a government official if they are in a government building
  7. May not have a hit on the president


Hobo, Section 2E

  1. Not allowed to own a house
  2. Only allowed to own a pistol and any melee weapons
  3. Allowed to commit minor crimes (carjacks, muggs, etc)
  4. Not allowed to commit major crimes (except for general store robberies)


Gun Dealer, Section 3E

  1. Not allowed to commit major crime (bank raid, kidnap, etc.)
  2. Not allowed to carjack, mug or raid
  3. Must have a shop up for others
  4. Allowed to have bitminers, weed and or printers
  5. Only allowed to base with other gun dealers
  6. No self supply, unless you have an active shop up and running

Speeding - $250-$750 (Depends On Speed)
Reckless Driving - $300-$750 (Depending On What Is Damaged)

Mechanical Violations - $500 (If The Vehicle Is Malfunctioning, Smoking, Or On Fire)

Improper Passing, Changing Lane Unsafely - $250 to $500
